Tax Planning

We provide complete and diversified tax services, including assistance in all phases of federal, state and local income taxes, as well as international and multi-state tax planning.  We also compute various tax credits for eligible clients, including the Renewal Community Zone and Empire Zone tax credits.  These services include tax return preparation, tax planning, research, retirement planning, and representation of clients at administrative proceedings before Internal Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies.  We work on taxes throughout the year and do our best to minimize the amount of tax you pay. Included in these services is the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust and gift tax returns, as well as returns for not-for-profit organizations.  Our corporate tax services include U.S. tax returns for foreign corporations as well as those for U.S. companies with foreign ownership.

Our personal tax return preparation services also include international taxation services - including income tax returns for U.S. citizens living abroad and nonresident aliens of the United States.  Because we are located close to Canada, we handle many returns for Canadians working in the U.S. or for U.S. citizens living and/or working in Canada.
